Manchester Residential Management Ltd although a relatively new company has already established a reputation for quality management and efficient financial control. We are looking to expand progressively and steadily whilst maintaining the level of personal service enjoyed by our clients.

Our property management team is based in Eccles, just a few minutes from the Manchester City Centre. We deal with everything from supervising the day-to-day activity of staff and contractors to larger planned maintenance programmes.

When we commence management the leases and other legal documents are thoroughly studied to ascertain a complete picture. We also carry out a detailed survey of the development to fully understand the maintenance position and any employed staff on site. All this information is collated and detailed maintenance programmes and budgets are produced. We are then in a position to proceed with the management of the property in a positive and professional manner.

The property management team will inspect each development once a month, with more frequent visits as required depending on the complexity of the development and ongoing issues that need to be resolved. Contractors are all closely supervised to ensure our exacting standards are met and any potential inconvenience or disruption to residents is minimised.

We work closely with Company Directors to maintain good communication and avoid misunderstandings. We acknowledge that Company Directors need to understand the management processes involved in dealing with problems associated with the development and therefore we place a great deal of importance on maintaining a high level of contact and transparency.

We also stay in close contact with all residents to keep them fully advised. Letters, emails and phone calls may be sufficient to deal with most issues but very often we prefer to visit residents in person to promote a friendly one to one approach. Manchester Residential Management aims to maximise the efficient running of the property for our clients so that the planned maintenance program runs smoothly.
