Manchester Residential Management (MRM) was established in January 2005 with the aim to provide a high quality bespoke service to residential blocks, estates and Landlords.

Our approach to property management is to always provide a reliable, cost-effective and professional service to clients.

This service is based around a high level of communication, transparency of actions and sound financial management to leave the Developer or Resident Director in control, but without the day to day responsibilities of running a Management Company.

The willingness to make extended site visits or meet at unsociable hours, where representatives from MRM have regular evening meetings with Resident Directors underlines the commitment and dedication of MRM in providing a first class service to all its clients.
